Essentials From Ephesians (Part Six)
"For He Himself is our peace, Who has made both one and has broken down the middle wall of separation,"
Ephesians 2:14
Where there once was a wall of separation, Jesus is the wall- breaker! Where there was the impossibility of relationship, Jesus has made the way! Where division and death once ruled, Jesus has brought life!
"Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ," Romans 5:1
Yes, He Himself is the ultimate source of peace. Because of Jesus, we can find peace with God; peace with others and peace within our hearts. No matter the distance, difficulty or defeat, Jesus is there to make a way, where there is no way. Like a bridge over a raging river or a immense canyon, Jesus extended Himself to accomplish the impossible.
Put your trust in Jesus and find the reality of His peace in times of trouble!
